Amanda Barta, local Doula with Envision Birth Services, and her husband, Toffer,  are back again to facilitate an in-person birth workshop that is geared toward helping partners prepare for birth.

This workshop is a combination of the science of physiological birth as well as the wisdom of their shared birth experiences as parents of four young kids and Amanda's experience attending births as a Doula.

What to expect during this workshop:

-You will learn the hormones of labor and birth and why they are such an important part of helping facilitate a smooth birth.

-You will learn what NORMAL, undisturbed birth can look like, and how to support this experience regardless of if it's a hospital or home birth.

-You will watch birth videos and hear real life, positive, birth stories. (Grab the tissues! These ones are good!)

-You will be asked thought provoking questions to help dive deeper into the birth experience you want and how YOU AND YOUR PARTNER can best achieve it together!

-This class is created to especially give partners the confidence and tools for creating and optimal birth atmosphere.
